“John and I landed at a table with a group of people that we didn't know very well. It was FABULOUS getting to know some different folks. At Shocco Springs, we've all become creatures of habit and tend to sit with the same group, even on the same side of the room for each event. The breakout groups at round tables and even the round tables at meals allowed for fantastic conversation. While I did miss the product presentations and the personal testimonies that are inspirational at the longer event, I feel that the Rise Up Rank Up is a perfect crash course for the business building aspect and great reminders for those who are ready to push towards the next level.”

We got more out of this event than we have in all of the past retreats. For me, I think it was because I didn't have to sit in the back and because of the round tables. I would love for these to continue. However, one improvement is that I MUST get up and meet people. But that's on me. Great job from my perspective.

I always enjoy myself when I'm surrounded by like-minded individuals. It's refreshing to be in a room full of people with the same mission, struggles, and insecurities. And it's empowering to know that it's going to get better with practice and time. I absolutely loved hearing from everyone of the speakers took so much from each and everyone of you. Thank you so much for your time in your wisdom.

With a fast pace work schedule and college schedule, a one day bootcamp worked out this year better for me. This is a must attend for us to stay connected face-to-face and learn together!

This 1-day event was excellent! It was jam-packed with content, yet it flowed with wonderful relationship building! I love both the heart of the leaders and the interactive breakouts which bonded the attendees in creative exercises!! I left filled with renewed passion- this time with a greater sense of MISSION!
